Another AGO initiative, the Greenhouse Friendly Program, yields similar outcomes to that of the Greenhouse Challenge through its commitment to manage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Greenhouse Friendly members certify particular products or services through offsetting or balancing ensuing gas emissions through reducing emissions in other areas of their operations.
